Western Australia's future economic prosperity is dependent on the continued development of our key strengths and natural advantages in the areas of minerals and energy resources.
The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia's (CME) Education and Training Program aims to:
- encourage the supply of an innovative and skilled workforce to meet current and future demands of the industry;
- advocate to ensure the sector is well represented in education and training issues;
- help create linkages between educational service providers, the secondary school sector, tertiary institutions and industry;
- provide students and educators in the secondary and tertiary sectors with up to date industry information and resource materials.
